What Is RSS?
We could get technical, but what you really need to know about RSS is this:
RSS allows you be notified when a web site like CouponClock has been updated
How do I use RSS?
When you find an RSS feed for a site that you wish to monitor, you need to use the
RSS button to ‘subscribe’ to the site. You MUST have some sort of program that reads
RSS feeds. These programs are often called RSS Readers, News Readers or News
Agregators because they can monitor many web sites/rss feeds at once.
My favorite RSS news readers include
Newsgator for Outlook users and
FeedDemon a standalone
application
For MAC users, try Shrook 2
Lockergnome also has a huge
list
How do I subscribe?

resulting page into your RSS News Aggregator.
