All three programs do a fairly good job and scanning and OCRing the scan. If that is all you need to do than any of these solutions will work for you.
ExactScan should probably be knocked out of your decision because of its lack of English support. The company is in germant, only takes PayPal for payment and does not have a clear support channel for English speaking customers. If it were cheap then this might be an ok option but in the US we have other better options.
At $499, Omnipage Pro X is too expensive for most users but at this $99 coupon price it is suddenly the least expensive. I dont think you can go wrong choosing Omnipage ProX at $99 since it has the most features AND is the least expensive. As soon as the price goes back to $499 I would recommend ReadIris at almost $380 less. Buy it now before the price reverts back
