Coupon and Sale Info
TireRack promotions come in the form of rebates, specials and cash back offers.  Sometimes gift cards for various retailers are offered instead of cash.   Offers come out at least monthly so if you don't see what you are looking for please check back.  It is rare that an actual coupon is available for the TireRack site.  You will never need a coupon code or promotional code for a sale or cash back offer.   Check the TireRack site for details on each offer.
Coupon Use
Offers and promotions for Tire Rack never need a code.  Simply click the offer you are interested in and you will be taken to a page that offers all the details you need to know for the specific offer.  Cash back or gift card offers are handled directly by TireRack, rebates are normally processed by the manufacturer.

If you have a Gift Certificate, you will need to enter the code very late in the checkout process in the appropriate box and hit apply.  This is on the same screen that you enter payment information.

Store Return Policy:
To exchange an item or return it, please call the customer service returns number at 1-888-541-1777(ext. 360). They will provide you with an RMA (Return Authorization Number). Tire Rack will take returns within 30 days of delivery. Only that have not been driven on or used in any way are eligible for return.
