These coupons and sales are for the official Sony store.  They do not work at large retail stores that sell Sony brand products.

SALES do not require codes and have nothing extra to do at checkout.  The prices displayed on the site are the true prices.

Coupons are updated regularly but Sony rarely ever offers any kind of site wide promotions.  Long running promotions update monthly but short running promos can come and go at just about any time.

Coupon Use
To use these coupons, begin by a “Use This Offer” link near one of the eCoupons. Now you should be at the screen for the product the coupon applies too.   Add the product to your cart and proceed through the checkout process.   It is on the screen AFTER you enter your address information that you can type in the eCoupon code.  Be sure to click the “Add Coupon” button after typing the code.  Lastly, verify that the promotion was properly applied by looking at your cart total on the right side of the screen.

Store Return Policy:
Sony will issue a refund of purchase actually paid if the product was purchased directly from Sony, if a RMA has been obtained, and if the return is submitted during the 30 day period following shipment by Sony. Sony will not issue a refund on any CD or DVD that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap). Once the items are received back, credit will be processed to your originalmethod of payment and will appear on your statement in 1 to 2 billing cycles. Please be aware that it may take as long as 90 days for the credit to be visible on your credit card statement. Sony processes the return within 7 days of receipt.
