Coupons are released monthly at the beginning of each month.  Since the industry is electronics and these are already deeply discounted goods, expect modest discounts of up to 5%.   When you combine this with the clearance center or even a sale, the savings can be rather substantial considering the list prices. 

Although a coupon code is given, no code needs to be typed into the shopping cart.  When you check out, the top of the screen will show the active coupon and just above the TOTAL you will see a red coupon discount line.   This will only show up if you have met the coupons minimum criteria.  If the discount is only active at $100, a $95 order  will not show the coupon.  Also, discount criteria discounts are based on a pretax and pre-shipping basis.

Store Return Policy:
This merchant has a 30 day return policy but there is a 15% restocking fee.  In addition you need to keep all the packaging in case of a return.   Write the customer service department for an RMA number before any return.  Expect about a 3 day delay between writing your request and receiving the actual RMA number.
