Coupon and Sale Info
Sales and coupons for NY&Co come out all the time.  Promotion codes are send at least once a month, sometimes twice a month in buying seasons.   Sales run for one or two weeks and are instantly replaced with other sales.  Expect promo codes to be for about 15% off but occasionally they can go higher.
Coupon Use
Some discounts apply automatically.  Simply use our links, shop, and checkout.  You will see the discount applied in the shopping cart without having to do a thing.

Some promo's require actual codes, often a 4 digit number.  In this case write down the code and do your shopping.  Directly under the total of your order on the first NY&Co checkout screen, you will see a spot to put your Promo Code.  Place the code in the box and click the UPDATE BUTTON under and to the left of the box.  Your order should now reflect the discount.  For free shipping, you may need to continue the checkout process before you see the discount applied to your online order.
Customer Service
Store Return Policy:
NY&Co has a 48 hour price match policy.  Be sure to check their web site a day after you order to make sure prices did not go down.

Returns are handled either through their online store, or you can simply take your product into a local store along with your packing slip and ID.   If you don't have your receipt / packing slip you will only get the lowest price the product has ever been sold at.   Shipping charges are of course not refundable.
