Coupon and Sale Info
The majority of the Macy's offers are sales that require no coupon code.  There are long-term sales that are generally updated once a month.  Also offered are short-term sales.  These last from one to three days, and are updated every week or so.  Coupon codes come out on a more monthly basis, usually for free shipping on a particular item.
Coupon Use
Coupon codes are entered on the billing page, which is the third screen after signing into your shopping bag. Don't forget to press the "apply" button next to the entry box.

Store Return Policy:
Orders purchased online may be returned or exchanged within six months, either by mail or to a store location.  The original packaging and invoice with bar code are required to make a return or exchange. Purchases made at a store location must be returned to a store location, they may not be mailed in.  To return or exchange at a store, simply bring the origional packaging and invoice to any sales associate.  To make a return or exchange by mail, fill out the form on the front side of the invoice and select the items being returned.  To make an exchange by mail, complete the return form, then complete the exchange form on the reverse side of the invoice, showing which items you would like in exchange.
