iChapters has very easy to use codes.  On the first screen of the checkout process there is a box in the lower left corner of the cart.  Enter the code there and click the apply button.  Your discount should be instantly apparent in the total.  If you can not see the discount the the code did not work.  Please check spelling and CaSe.  Also, there are never any spaces in a coupon.

New Customer Coupons:
These type of coupons can only be used the first time you order.  To use them again, you will need to open up a second account with iChapters.  Simply get yourself a new gmail or yahoo account and pretend you are a new customer.  Often, stores use email accounts to figure out if you are a new or returning customer.

Frequency:
IChapters comes out with new coupon codes about every two or three months.  At times there may not be any like in the middle of summer.  New ones come out around mid or early August in time for the fall semesters.

Stacking:
The free shipping offer needs no code so you may get free shipping PLUS any % or $ of discounts that need a coupon code.  In addition, you may use discounts on top of the already low downloadable book prices.
