Promo code use is very easy.  On the first page of the checkout system there is a box in the top left corner of the cart.  Place the code there and click the apply button.  Your discount should be instantly applied.

You can return any product within 15 days for just about any reason.  This is an amazingly generous policy for an electronics store.  If you get a product missing parts or damaged you need to report it withing 2 days of receipt.
