6pm coupons and sales come out daily.  Often, sales run for a single day.  The deals are outstanding and the weekend specials are even better.  Occasional 6pm has an actual coupon code but normally they just publish daily shoe deals. 
Coupon Use
Often, discounts are automatic.  If you do have an actual coupon code, use it on the first page of the shopping cart before the checkout process.  At the bottom right of the screen is a box where you enter your 6pm coupon code and then press submit.  If your code is valid, a discount will be shown in your cart instantly.

Big sales and clearances on shoes and boots. 6pm.com is associated with zappos. 6PM is the clearance site for overstocked items, discontinued models and inventory that zappos is simply not selling anymore. In general they do not restock items. They put them on sale till most of the sizes are gone. If you see something in your size, grab it because you will likely not get another opportunity through them.
